A Node Locked License allows exactly one person to use a Keil product on a maximum of two computers.
A Floating License allows users to use a Keil software product on multiple computers (typically up to 5 computers per License). Floating-User Licenses require a file server that hosts a Floating-License-File (*.FLF). The system administrator has to create the file through the dialog Floating License Administrator prior to using the product. The file server computer hosting the FLF may not be used as a client workstation.
